In most cases, I enjoy “roll” desserts about as much as I enjoy the thought of rolling around naked in the shag carpeting of a cheap Vegas hotel. This Pumpkin Bread Roll with Cream Cheese Filling is pretty tempting, though. It combines two of my favorite things - pumpkin and cream cheese. Of course, I might have to close my eyes while eating it to drown out the memories of the dried fruit-filled concoctions my old aunts used to conjure up.
