As strange as some people may think it is, I love Carrot Cake
. OF course, I think it’s strange that my boyfriend gets exciting about things like HDMI switches, so I guess it just depends on your tastes. From the carrot cake’s cream cheese icing to the complex texture to the slight but not overpowering sweetness of the cake…they’re just awesome. I could seriously see myself ordering one of the cakes below and eating the entire thing in one sitting.
