Chocolate Mint Truffles are pretty common in chocolate stores, but it’s rare that you’ll find truffles that aren’t made in a factory and loaded with preservatives. I’ve never gone wrong making chocolates with high quality peppermint oil. Also, they’re available in Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, and Assorted Chocolates.
